of the court
KOTC is a game format where players compete in short, rotating games to earn and defend the top court. Players play one game and then move up or down a court based on results. Players either split partners after each game or keep the same partner depending on the format of each play session.
ROUND ROBIN
Round Robin (Rotating Partner) is a game format where all players rotate playing with random partners against random opponents for each game. This social format gives all players a chance to play with and against as many different players as possible. Round Robin (Set Partner) is a similar format except players stick with the same partner for each game and rotate playing different opponents.

ladder
Ladder (aka Top Gun) is a game format where players compete in a series of 3 games where each player on a court rotates playing with the other players on their court as a partner. After 3 games have been played, the total scores of each player are calculated and players move up, down, or stay on a court depending on the results. After switching courts, players repeat the same process to play 3 more games. Players are assigned their initial court based on their DUPR and/or the court position they finished on the previous week.
